Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and disputes work for purchases made on TreasureRate.com ("TreasureRate", "we", "us"). It applies to all subscriptions, bundles, Prompt Packs, custom agents, and one-time or Lifetime purchases. 1. Digital products — no physical goods
TreasureRate.com sells digital software and AI services only. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping charges, delivery times, or physical returns. Access to purchased agents and features is delivered electronically to your account immediately after a successful payment.
2. Refund policy
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of a subscription, bundle, Prompt Pack, or Lifetime plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase.
- Renewals. Recurring subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith.
- How to request a refund. Email support@treasurerate.com (or use the Contact page) with your account email and the order in question. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Exceptions. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, fraud, or excessive usage of the purchased service. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
3. Cancellation policy
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account (My Vault) or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to the agent until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after you cancel.
- Weekly, monthly, and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime and one-time purchases do not renew.
- There are no cancellation fees.
4. Disputes & chargebacks
If you believe there's a problem with a charge, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. We investigate every dispute in good faith and will work with you to reach a fair outcome. If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us, we may temporarily suspend the affected account while the dispute is reviewed, and we will provide the payment processor with records of the transaction and the service delivered.
5. Billing & currency
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
6. Legal & export restrictions
The Service is intended for lawful use and is not available where prohibited. You may not access or use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. or other applicable sanctions or export restrictions, or if you appear on any applicable restricted-party list. By purchasing, you represent that your use complies with all applicable laws, including export-control and sanctions regulations.
