Promotions Terms & Conditions

These Promotions Terms & Conditions govern any promotional offer, discount, referral reward, or account credit made available on TreasureRate.com ("TreasureRate", "we", "us"). They apply in addition to our Terms of Service. If a specific promotion has its own published rules, those rules also apply and control in the event of a conflict.

1. General conditions (all promotions)

• Promotions are available for a limited time and/or in limited quantities and may be changed, paused, or ended at any time.
• Offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
• Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Account credit and discounts apply to eligible purchases only and may exclude taxes and certain items.
• We may withhold or revoke any reward obtained through fraud, abuse, error, or violation of our Terms, and may disqualify participants who abuse a promotion.
• You must have an account in good standing to earn or redeem rewards.

2. Founders Sale

• Eligible customers who spend a qualifying amount (for example, an order of $50 or more) and leave a genuine product review may receive 50% of that order value back as account credit.
• Credit is added to your TreasureRate account after the qualifying conditions are met and verified.
• Account credit is applied automatically toward future eligible purchases at checkout, may be limited to a set number of early customers ("Founders spots"), and may expire.
• The Founders Sale is a launch promotion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Fraudulent, duplicate, or low-quality reviews will not qualify.

3. Referral rewards

• When you share your referral link and a new customer signs up and makes a qualifying purchase, you may receive a referral reward (for example, a discount of up to 10% on an upcoming purchase).
• Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other abuse are prohibited and will be disqualified.
• Reward amounts, caps, and eligibility may change, and rewards may expire if unused.

4. Account credit

Account credit earned through any promotion is stored on your account and applied automatically toward eligible future purchases, keeping any charge above the payment processor's minimum. Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and may expire or be adjusted if the underlying transaction is refunded, reversed, or found to be fraudulent.

5. Changes

We may update these Promotions Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
